入选标准
- •1)Post caesarean section patients with wound gape which is defined as absence of continuity between edges of the surgical wound after removal of sutures on the seventh post-operative day.
- •2)All patients admitted during the study period willing to participate in the study by giving an informed consent.
排除标准
- •1)Severe systemic illnesses like diabetes, hypothyroidism which impair wound healing
- •2)Immunodeficiency states including HIV infection and steroid therapy.
- •3)Complete burst abdomen involving separation of peritoneum and rectus with evisceration.
- •4)Severe anaemia with haemoglobin concentration below 6gm%.
- •5)History of allergy to any of the study medications.
- •6)Body mass index greater than 30.
