入选标准
- •Age: 50 – 70 years;
- •Diagnosed diminished or mild cognition impairment (result of the MoCA tests: 19\-26 points);
- •Living in a community dwelling;
- •Owning a smartphone
排除标准
- •Treated depression and/or the results of the Hamilton depression test \> 13 points;
- •The use of cognitive boosting medications or psychotropic medications;
- •Substance abuse disorders (e.g. alcohol \- \>15 drinks (units)/week);
- •Diagnosed psychiatric disorders, Parkinson’s disease Alzheimer’s disease,
- •Diabetes for \>10 year;
- •Chronic renal and liver diseases;
- •History of serious cancer treated with chemotherapy or radiation therapy within the past 5 years;
- •History of stroke;
- •Current evidence or history in the past 2 years of seizures, head injury with loss of consciousness and/or immediate confusion after the injury;
- •Hypothyroidism with current misaligned TSH levels;
