- •1.ASA category I-II
- •2.Patients with written informed consent
排除标准
- •1.Patient’s refusal or request to leave study
- •2.Patients with known allergy to local anaesthetics.
- •3.Patients requiring combined spinal-epidural anaesthesia in operative/post operative period
- •4.Patients requiring general anaesthesia
- •5.ASA category III-V patients.
- •6.Patients with contra-indication for L-ESB (e.g., Bleeding diathesis, solid organ diseases, patients having psychiatric disorders or inability to give informed consent)
- •7.Patient with neurological disabilities.
- •8.Patients with history of routine opioid use.
