入选标准
- •1. Patients posted for femur fracture surgeries under spinal anesthesia only.
- •2, Age between 18 - 60 years
- •3. Patients giving written valid consent
- •4. ASA Physical Status I, II and III.
排除标准
- •1. Patients with poor GCS ( Glasgow Coma Scale )
- •2. Patients with Renal and Liver diseases
- •3. Patients with Bleeding Tendency and Coagulopathy
- •4. Patients with Known Neuropathy
- •5. Patients with Skin Lesions at local site
- •6. Patients with Local anesthetic allergy
- •7. Patients requiring General Anesthesia
