入选标准
- •1.All adult patients.
- •2.Either sex.
- •3.Consenting patients.
- •4.scheduled for surgery requiring general anaesthesia and oro-tracheal intubation.
排除标准
- •1.Patients unwilling to participate in the study.
- •2.Patients undergoing general anaesthesia without orotracheal intubation, those scheduled for fiber-optic or awake/blind intubation.
- •3.Patients with upper airway pathology, restricted neck movements (upper cervical spine pathology, cranio-vertebral junction anomalies, etc.)
- •4.Uncooperative patients, patients with Glasgow Coma Score (GCS) less than 15.
