入选标准
- •Elective c-spine surgery, Age 18-70 years old, ASA I-III, Not recieve any pain control, sedative or hypnotic medications 24 hours prior to surgery , Expect to be extubated after surgery
排除标准
- •Previous c-spine surgery,Poor controlled hypertension (SBP > 140 mmHg at ward),HR < 50/min, any degree of heart block, beta-blocker user, Abnormal renal and liver function, Allergic to dexmedetomidine, opioids, currently on endotrachial tube ,BMI > 30 kg/m2
