入排标准
入选标准
- •1. Individuals who are planned for ACLR surgery.
- •2. Those undergoing simultaneous meniscal repair with the ACLR.
- •3. Patellar tendon autograft, hamstring autograft, and allograft ACLR.
- •4. Age group: 18-50 years.
- •5. Subjects will be willing and able to give written informed consent.
- •6. Approval from a physician regarding cardio-pulmonary fitness for required test protocol.
排除标准
- •1. History of peripheral arterial diseases
- •2. Varicose veins
- •3. Pregnancy
- •4. History of bleeding disorders
- •5. Heart disease that could limit physical function
- •6. Patient who has any contraindications to exercise/ exertion
- •7. Pre-existing psychiatric illness, dementia, locomotor-disability
- •leading to difficult engagement in exercise
