- •Age above 18 years
- •To have satisfaction and cooperation
- •Patients who were mechanically ventilated for more than 24 hours with PSV levels of 8 cmH2O, PEEP =8 cmH2O, and FiO2 =40%
- •Medical stability (arterial blood gas pH = 7.35-7.45, PaO2 =60 mmHg on FiO2 =40% and PaCO2 40 ± 5 mm Hg
- •Absence of signs and symptoms of infection
- •Hemodynamic stability
排除标准
- •acute pulmonary or systemic infection,
- •Hemodynamic instability
- •Previous or current neuromuscular disease (such as myasthenia gravis and Guillain-Barré disease)
- •Patients with obstructive pulmonary disease, asthma and COPD, etc.
