•1-Age 18-65 years.
•2- Either Gender.
•3-Meeting DSM 5 criteria for OCD (American Psychiatric Association, 2013).
•4-Right handed (assessed by Edinburghâ??s Handedness Inventory).
•5-Willing to give written informed consent for participation in the study.
•6-Meeting criteria for medication non-response as per ITROC (level 3 non-response) defined
•by non-response to adequate trial of two SSRI medications given in optimum dosage for a period of at least 12 weeks.
•7-YBOCS score >=16 (i.e. Moderate Severity).

•1-Presence of any other psychiatric disorder or substance use disorder (except caffeine or nicotine) through M.I.N.I 7.0. screening.
•2-History of seizure.
•3-History of receiving any treatment with brain stimulation.
•4- Known or suspected pregnancy or currently lactating.
•5-Presence of unstable medical illness.
•6-History suggestive of space occupying brain lesion or cerebro-vascular accident.
•7-Having implanted device or metal in brain/head or cardiac pacemaker or ferromagnetic
•dental braces.
