入选标准
- •ASA class 2 and 3,
- •Gestational age greater than or equal to 37 weeks,
- •Parturient who are undergoing elective or emergency LSCS under spinal anaesthesia,
- •GDM diagnosed according to RCOG criteria for GDM group,
- •Non diabetic parturients with normal glucose tolerance for control group
排除标准
- •Lack of consent,
- •Parturients with significant comorbidities other than GDM,
- •Parturient who undergoing general anaesthesia.
