入选标准
- •Patients over 18 years old scheduled for elective surgery under general anesthesia. All patients were American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status class I or II.
排除标准
- •Patients under 18 years old, emergency surgery, obesity (BMI 30 kg/m2 and more), with hepatic and renal dysfunction, with neuromuscular disorder, with contraindication to benzodiazepine

Time from sugamadex administration to TOF ratio 0.90 and more

- Time from initial rocuronium administration to TOF count 0
- Time from initial rocuronium administration to reappearance of T1 and T2
- Total rocuronium dose used during the surgery(during the surgery)
