入选标准
- •Diagnosed with PCOS by Rottadom Criteria
- •Aged between 18 to 45 years
- •BMI below 45
- •Physician approval for selected patient.
- •Able to read
- •Willingness to provide informed consent and to visit hospital for follow up
排除标准
- •Any pre existing condition or contraindications for example CAD, abnormal creatinine levels, liver dysfunction
- •Immunosuppressant cases
- •Bedridden patients and patients due for operations
- •Enrolled in other active intervention research studies
- •Post menopausal women
- •Women with hysterectomy
- •Smoking or drug addicts or with psychiatric illness
