- •1. Pain (NRS >2) around coccyx.
- •2. Duration of atleast 6 weeks with conservative therapy.
- •3. Patient willingness to participate in the study
- •4. 50% pain relief after diagnostic block with 0.25% bipivacaine.
排除标准
- •1. Less than 15 years and more than 75 years of age.
- •2. Hypersensitivity to local anesthesia.
- •3. Coagulopathies.
- •4. Other invasive lesions.
- •5. Radicular pain, pelvic, gynecological disorders.
