Inclusion Criteria
patients with BPH without any previous procedure on the urethra or Prostate? patients with BPH without any history of urethral stricture.
Exclusion criteria: the existence of Bladder stone; large bladder diverticula; diagnosis of Prostate cancer in final pathology.
