- •Age over 18 years
- •Indicated for drug therapy
- •Satisfaction to participate in the study

- •Having benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) at the same time
- •Having a narrowing of the urethra
- •Contraindications to the use of corticosteroids
- •Existence of hydronephrosis
