- to evalute the antibacterial efficacy of coriander seed oil mouthwash and Kidodent mouthwash against Streptococcus mutans.

简要总结
After approval from institutional review boardand institutional informed consent, 45 children who met the inclusion criteriawill be divided into three groups.The trial design includes 15 healthychildren in each group namely Group I(Kidodent), Group II(Coriander) &Group III(Distilled water) aged between 8-12years for 15 days. Microbiological analysis will be performed using saliva samples of all the participants at baseline, 7th day, 10 th day and 15th day Statistical analysis will be performed withone-way ANOVA and t-test using Graph Pad Prism V.5 software.

- •Children with good general health, 2) Children devoid of infectious diseases.
排除标准
- •Children who cannot expectorate completely, 2) History of taking antibiotics one month before and amidst clinical trial, 3) Children receiving orthodontic treatment or with any kind of oral prosthesis, 4) Presence of any intra oral pathology, 5) Children not available for follow up phase and children who are using any oral hygiene aids.
