入选标准
- •1.Age above 18yrs.
- •2.Patients who have consented for the procedure.
- •3.Patients with CKD more than or equal to Stage 3 posted for elective surgical procedures.
- •4.Patients with normal renal function >60ml/min/1.73m2 posted for elective surgical procedures.
排除标准
- •1)Patient who refuse to participate or consent for the study.
- •2)Emergency procedures
- •3)Pregnancy
- •4)Paediatric age group
- •5)Preexisting known oesophageal/gastric anatomical abnormalities/post-op status.
- •6)Patients coming to the preoperative unit with a Ryleâ??s tube.
- •7)Patients taking domperidone, metoclopramide or narcotics within the specified half life of the drug and coming for surgery
