- •1. colorectal caner receiving 1st cycle of oxaliplatin based chemotherapy
- •2. not prior receive oxaliplatin
- •3. allow both palliative and curative intent
- •4. allow biologic agent such as antiVEGR antiEGFR
排除标准
- •1. history of bowel obstruction
- •2. nausea/vomiting symptom before receive chemotherapy
- •3. drug allergy of prochlorperazine, ondansetron, dexamethasone
- •4. abnormal liver or renal function
- •5. have psychotic problem
- •6. have history of seizure and dyskinesia
- •7. QT prolongation
