简要总结

The main objective of this study is to evaluate the effects of an innovative training program on key factors affecting judo performance. This program includes high-intensity conventional cycling sessions in hypoxic conditions (simulated altitude), with or without eccentric cycling sequences. During this type of cycling, a motor drives the pedals in the opposite direction compared to conventional pedaling, and the participant is asked to try to slow down the movement of the bike's pedals (braking muscle actions).

To this end, a 6-week training program consisting of 2 sessions per week will be proposed. The program's impact on the body and judo performance capacity will be assessed using a battery of tests administered before the program (pre-tests) and again at the end of the 6-week training program (post-tests).

This information will contribute to the development of a new training strategy and, offer promising prospects for the development of new training methods. This study is part of the "Very High-Performance Sport" Priority Research Program from the French National Research Agency.
