IN THIS CLINICAL TRIAL, 120 PATIENTS AGED BETWEEN 18 TO 65 YEARS , ASA I & II WITH BMI< 30 UNDERGOING LAPAROSCOPIC SURGERIES WERE RANDOMLY ASSINGED TO THREE GROUPS TO ASSESS AERATION SCORE.

PEEP 5; 40 CASES, PEEP 7; 40 CASES, PEEP 10; 40 CASES. ( INTRAOPERATIVELY )

AERATION SCORE USING LUNG ULTRASOUND SCORE SYSTEM WILL BE COMPARED BEFORE GENERAL ANESTHESIA INDUCTION AND IMMEDIATELY AFTER ARRIVAL TO RECOVERY ROOM AT INTERVALS OF 10, 30 AND 60 MINUTES.

•PATIENTS UNDERGOING LAPAROSCOPIC SURGERIES UPTO 2 HOURS.

排除标准

•1.patients with cardiopulmonary disorders 2.pregnancy 3.smokers.

时间窗: To study the aeration score[atelectatic changes] pre op &post op at interval of 10, 30 & 60 minutes.

次要结局

to monitor hemodynamic changes at different PEEP LEVELS 5,7,10(to monitor hemodynamic changes INTAOPERATIVELY at different PEEP LEVELS 5,7,10 EVERY 5 MINUTES)
