入排标准
入选标准
- •1-Cases presented in ED with Traumatic Hemothorax/Hemopnemothorax, drained with ICD placement within 12 hours of Injury.
- •2-Blunt as well as penetrating thoracic trauma with hemothorax.
- •3-Isolated thoracic as well as polytrauma patient with Abbreviated Injury Score (AIS) of 3 or less in body regions other than thoracic Region.
- •4-Age group between 15 years to 65 years.
排除标准
- •1-Unfit for surgical intervention
- •2-Referred cases with Traumatic Hemothorax / Hemopnemothorax with ICD insitu, presented after more than 48 hours of Injury.
- •3-Requiring or undergoing emergent thoracotomy.
- •4-Patient with severe medical disease like Congestive heart disease, End Stage Renal Disease, Severe liver cirrhosis, COPD etc.
