- •1.Thoracolumbar spinal injury without neurological deficit
- •2.Thoracolumbar injuries severity score (TLICs) >3
- •3.Age 18 -6 year-olds
排除标准
- •1.spinal anatomical variation or deformity
- •2.history of neurological dysfunction or mental illness
- •3.patients who refused to sign inform consent
- •4.coagulation disorder
- •5.aspirin or NSAIDs used within 7 days
- •6.patients with multiple trauma
