- •Nouveau-né (age < 28 jours) hospitalisé en réanimation néonatale nécessitant une intubation.
- •Terme < 41 et = 28 semaines d’aménorrhée
- •Are the trial subjects under 18? yes
- •Number of subjects for this age range:
- •F.1.2 Adults (18-64 years) no

排除标准
- •Urgence extrême (arrêt cardiocirculatoire, FiO2 >70%)
- •Intubation difficile prévisible (syndrome polymalformatif, fente palatine, syndrome de Pierre Robin)
- •Instabilité hémodynamique : hypotension artérielle (PAM en mmHg < à âge gestationnel en SA) ; traitement aminergique.
- •Troubles neurologiques : trouble de la conscience, hypotonie, convulsions
- •Traitement morphinique et/ou hypnotique administré depuis la naissance
- •Absence de consentement éclairé des parents
- •Absence de prise en charge par la sécurité sociale
