Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients with Subarachnoid haemorrhage posted for clipping of aneurysm
Exclusion Criteria
- •) Refusal to consent.
- •2\) Patients receive general anaesthesia for digital substraction angiography
- •4\) Patient with bleeding disorder
- •5\) Diabetic patients(uncontrolled)
- •6\) Pregnant/nursing female
- •7\) Patient with known renal and hepatic disease
- •8\) Patient with psychiatric illness, drug abusers and alcoholic
- •9\) Patients allergic to propofol
- •10\) Patients with posterior circulation aneurysm
