Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Patients with Subarachnoid haemorrhage posted for clipping of aneurysm

Exclusion Criteria

  • •) Refusal to consent.
  • •2\) Patients receive general anaesthesia for digital substraction angiography
  • •4\) Patient with bleeding disorder
  • •5\) Diabetic patients(uncontrolled)
  • •6\) Pregnant/nursing female
  • •7\) Patient with known renal and hepatic disease
  • •8\) Patient with psychiatric illness, drug abusers and alcoholic
  • •9\) Patients allergic to propofol
  • •10\) Patients with posterior circulation aneurysm
