- •1. Age group between 20-60 years
- •2. Subjects fulfilling the Rome IV criteria for constipation.
排除标准
- •1. Subjects diagnosed with Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Inflammatory bowel disorder, Ca-colon.
- •2. On medication known to cause constipation (opioid analgesics, antidepressants, anticonvulsants, amitryptiline).
- •3. Uncontrolled systemic ailments or Neurological illness.
- •4. Pregnancy and Lactation
- •5. Any other condition interfering the course of treatment will be excluded
