- •Patients with physical status American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classes I and II, above 18 years of age of either sex, and posted for elective surgery of fracture hip under spinal anesthesia will be included in the study
排除标准
- •cognitive impairment, dementia, delirium, coagulopathy, polytrauma, hemodynamic instability, allergy to local anesthetic, alcohol abuse, any prior opioid administration for acute pain, and patient refusal
