入选标准
- •Children and adolescents with cerebral palsy:
- •Diagnosis of cerebral palsy (CP)
- •Age =8 to =18 years
- •GMFCS Level I-III
- •Cognitively able to follow instructions
- •Lie still in the MRI for at least 30 minutes
- •Be able to climb 3 steps (also with help)
- •Be able to squat (also with help)
- •To be able to execute the bridging exercise
- •Consent of the child or young person and the custodian
- •Only minors who are capable of understanding and adults who are capable of giving consent are included.
- •Healthy Children and adolescents:
- •Age =8 to =18 years
- •Be able to perform the selected physiotherapy exercises
- •Be able to lie still for 30 minutes for an MRI scan
- •Consent of the child or young person and the custodian
- •Only minors who are capable of understanding and adults who are capable of giving consent are included.
排除标准
- •Children and adolescents with cerebral palsy:
- •No diagnosis of cerebral palsy (CP)
- •GMFCS Level IV-V
- •Not able to climb stairs
- •Contraindication for an MRI examination (e.g. metals in and on the body such as prostheses, large-scale tattoos made from metal-containing dyes, pacemakers, piercings or subdermal jewelry implants that cannot be removed)
- •Pain, injury, or orthopedic / surgical intervention in the lower extremities, pelvis, or spine
- •Surgical interventions, botulinum toxin or other interventions affecting the musculoskeletal system during the study period or in the last six months.
- •Children and adolescents who would need sedation for the planned MRI examination are excluded
- •No written consent to participate in the study
- •Healthy children and adolescents:
- •Neurological diseases
- •Musculoskeletal disorders
- •Balance disorders or other pathologies that can influence the gait pattern or make it difficult to carry out movements
- •Contraindication for an MRT examination (e.g. metals in and on the body such as prostheses, large-scale tattoos made from metal-containing dyes, pacemakers, piercings or subdermal jewelry implants that cannot be removed)
- •Pain, injury, or orthopedic / surgical intervention in the lower extremities, pelvis, or spine
- •Surgical interventions, botulinum toxin or other interventions affecting the musculoskeletal system during the study period or in the last six months.
