入选标准
- •All patients of HCC deemed resectable based on clinico-radiological criteria with or without histological proof and child-Pugh status after Joint clinic discussion will be counseled for getting enrolled in the study
- •Following patients with HCC are considered for resection and will be encouraged to participate in the study
- •Non metastatic HCC in a non cirrhotic or a Childs A cirrhotic patient if adequate FLR future liver remnant can be ensured post resection and if R0 resection can be achieved
- •Solitary HCC irrespective of the size of the tumor
- •Low volume disease few lesions up to 4 multicentric disease, localized in one lobe if can be completely resected
排除标准
- •Patients of HCC planned in Joint clinic for treatment options other than Resection
- •Patients enrolled but intra operatively found to be inoperable
- •Patients refusing to participate in the study
