- •Isolated Traumatic Brain Injury patients
- •Age 18 â?? 59 years
- •Patient/ patientâ??s attenders willing to give consent
- •Head Abbreviated Injury Score (AIS) >=3 and no other body region AIS score of >=3
- •Receiving supplemental oxygen via mechanical ventilation for >24 hours after hospitalisation
排除标准
- •Patients with pre- existing cardiac, renal, pulmonary pathologies
- •Patients with Co- existing thoracic, abdominal, pelvic trauma
- •Patients of chronic kidney disease
- •Patients on hemodialysis
- •Pregnant females
