- •Known airway or esophageal pathology
- •Patients with known or predicted difficult airway
- •Upper Respiratory Tract infection in previous 10days
- •Patients at preoperative increased risk of aspiration
- •Pathological conditions of upper respiratory tract or upper gastrointestinal tract
