入选标准
- •Patients after Fragility Hip Fracture Surgery,
- •Allowed to ambulate with weight-bearing as tolerated after surgery,
- •Between 4-12 weeks postoperatively,
- •Able to safely perform the walking test as determined by the physician assessor,
- •Able to understand and follow the testing procedures
排除标准
- •Presence of a pathologic fracture,
- •Presence of cardiovascular or pulmonary conditions contraindicating submaximal exertion, or unstable symptoms,
- •Neurological or neuromuscular conditions causing severe gait abnormalities that prevent standardized testing,
- •Severe pain or postoperative complications preventing safe performance of the walking test,
- •Pre-existing walking impairment prior to the hip fracture
