- •Age more than 18 years
- •Received mechanical ventilation for more than 48 hours
排除标准
- •Patients presenting with Acute kidney injury at the time of enrolment
- •Patients with history of organ transplantation and maintenance renal replacement therapy
- •Patients with any pre existing neuromuscular disease
- •Pregnant women and lactating mothers
- •Any breach in skin over thigh preventing ultrasound examination
- •Refusal of consent
