- •presence of infra bony angular defects, one on each quadrant (3sites) with probing depth >5mm after scaling and root planing
排除标准
- •1.with known systemic diseases
- •2.known or allergic to using drugs
- •3.receiving same drugs as systemic therapy
- •4.with severe form of periodontitis
- •5.using tobacco in any form
- •6.pragnent and lactating women
- •7.taking any medications for other diseases from past 6 months
