This is a prospective observational study of patients undergoing Multiplanar CT scans of the Nose and Paranasal Sinus (less than 3 mm cuts) at Kasturba Hospital Manipal will be identified using the above mentioned inclusion and exclusion criteria. The Frontal sinus and frontal recess region in the CT Scans will be evaluated and then classified according to Kuhn’s classification and the IFAC classification. After classification the prevalence of each type of frontal cell will be identified and compared. Presence of radiological sinusitis of the frontal sinus and frontal recess will also be documented. The better classification system between the two will be identified.

入选标准
- •1.Patients with complete multiplanar CT scans of the Nose and Paranasal Sinuses with less than 3 mm cuts 2.Patients above 18 years of age.
排除标准
- •Patients less than 18 years of age
- •Patients with Sino-nasal neoplasms
- •Patients with Fungal sinusitis
- •Patients with history of previous sinus surgery
- •Patients with incomplete CT scans, or with CT scans with cuts more than 3mm.
