- •Criteria for admission and discharge of depression
- •? Inclusion criteria
- •1) Age 18-50 years old, regardless of gender.
- •2) Diagnostic manual of depression (dsm-5);
- •3) It is consistent with the diagnosis of madness and depression syndrome in traditional Chinese medicine;
- •4) All vital signs are stable, with clear consciousness and certain expression ability;
- •5) Primary school education or above, and be able to understand the evaluation content of the scale;
- •6) Understand and voluntarily participate in this study. I and my family signed the informed consent form.
- •Inclusion criteria of patients with bipolar disorder
- •? Inclusion criteria
- •1) Age 18-50 years old, regardless of gender.
- •2) Those who meet the diagnostic criteria of bipolar disorder in American Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of mental diseases, 5th Edition (dsm-5);
- •3) It is consistent with the diagnosis of madness and depression syndrome in traditional Chinese medicine;
- •4) All vital signs are stable, with clear consciousness and certain expression ability;
- •5) Primary school education or above, and be able to understand the evaluation content of the scale;
- •6) Understand and voluntarily participate in this study. I and my family signed the informed consent form.
- •Admission and discharge criteria of normal control group
- •? Inclusion criteria
- •1) Diagnosed as disease-free by two deputy directors and above doctors;
- •2) Two lineages and three generations of relatives without history of mental illness;
- •3) Age and sex were matched with the other two groups;
- •4) All vital signs are stable, with clear consciousness and certain expression ability;
- •5) Primary school education or above, and be able to understand the evaluation content of the scale;
- •6) Understand and voluntarily participate in this study. I and my family signed the informed consent form.
排除标准
- •1) Past or present history of chronic severe physical diseases;
- •2) Unstable vital signs;
- •3) Severe aphasia, agnosia and inability to communicate;
- •4) Previous or present organic mental disorder, or caused by psychoactive substances and non addictive substances;
- •5) Combined with other types of mental disorders, such as schizophrenia;
- •6) The researchers considered it unsuitable for inclusion.
