入选标准
- •Age between 18 to 75 years of age.
- •Patients with ASA grade I and II.
- •Mallampatti grade I and II.
- •Patients undergoing surgeries lasting for more than 30 minutes under general anaesthesia with tracheal intubation.
- •Ã? Surgeries other than head and neck surgeries.
- •Patients staying at least for 24 hours after surgery.Ã?Â
- •Patients who provided informed consent.
排除标准
- •Traumatic intubation more than 1 attempt
- •Patients on steroids either systemic or inhalational.
- •History of URI and immune deficiency states.
- •Chronic smokers.
- •Patients allergic to zinc
- •Head and neck surgeries
