入选标准
- •1.Both male and female with Schizophenia, Major depression, Suicidal drive, Bipolar disorder, Affective disorder, Organic psychosis
- •2. ASA I-II
- •3. age 15 - 65 yrs
- •4. Patients were completely treated with continuous ECT, having the duration of seizure threshold 25-60 sec.
排除标准
- •1. patients with severe diseases e.g. uncontrolled heart diseases, Pheochromocytoma, arrhythmias, aneurysm, or on pacemaker.
- •2. cerebral tumor
- •3. vertebral osteoporosis or fracture
- •4. repeated ECT more than once
