- •1.Patients posted for elective orthopaedic surgery of the upper arm forearm and hand.
- •2.American Society of Anaesthesiologists(ASA) physical status I and II
排除标准
- •1.Patient refusal.
- •2.Allergy to local anaesthetics or study drugs
- •3.All Patients with pre existing diabetes mellitus
- •4.pre-existing neuropathy involving the surgical limb
- •5.patients on corticosteriods
