入选标准
- •1.Patients of Rectal Cancer that require Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy
- •T3/T4 Tumours
- •T1/T2 with node involvement
- •Mesorectal Fascia involvement
- •2.Perfomance score 0-2 ECOG
- •3.Provides a voluntry informed consent to participate in the study
排除标准
- •1.Metastatic disease at presentation.
- •2. history of radiotherapy for rectal cancers or other cancers of the pelvic region.
- •3.Patients receiving short course RT.
- •4.Relative contraindications to pelvic radiotherapy like presence of connective tissue disorders or irritable bowel syndrome/inflammatory bowel disease.
- •5. Patients not having adequate pre radiotherapy staging assessment like MRI.
- •6. Unfit or contraindicated to receive concurrent systemic chemotherapy due to presence of comorbidities, known allergy, etc.
