入选标准
- •The subjects who are 20-65 aged, spontaneously consent this study and put their signature on the consent form, and are relevant below 2 of 3 matters
- •1) the subjects who have over 10% skin lesion of thier body surfaces or asthma symptoms with dyspnea or coughing disturbing sleeps
- •2) the subjects who take medications related to atopic dermatits or atopic asthma
- •3) IgE level > 90
排除标准
- •1) severe complications such as liver failure, heart failure, diseases related to blood.
- •2) pregnant
- •3)body weight <= 45 kg
- •4)shock events
- •5)bleeding tendency
- •6)steroids sensitive reaction
- •7)communcation disability
- •8)recent blood donation
- •9)complications(such as chronic bronchitis, emphysema and bronchiectasia influencing on therapeutic response
