入选标准
- •Patients who underwent total or completion thyroidectomy
排除标准
- •1. Patients who have parathyroid diseases of hypoparathyroidism preoperatively
- •2. Abnormal serum calcium (normal range 8.5-10.2 mg/dl)
- •3. Abnormal serum phosphate (normal range 2.5-4.5 mg/dl)
- •4. Abnormal serum magnesium (normal range 1.32-2.14 mEq/L)
- •5. Abnormal creatinine clearance >60 ml/min
- •6. Abnormal liver function (Total bilirubin >1.5 mg/dl, AST >40 U/L, ALT >41 U/L, alkaline phosphatase >129 U/L)
- •7. Patients with underlying heart diseases
- •8. Patients who currently breast feeding or pregnancy
- •9. Patients who have calcium or vitamin D as current medications
