入选标准
- •1) Diagnosed subacute and chronic stage low back pain with unilateral radiculopathy in the distribution of sciatic nerve and itâ??s branches with positive straight leg raise (SLR)
- •2)Pain on a scale of VAS should be minimum 4
- •3)Willngness to participate in the study
排除标准
- •1)Inflammatory or other specific disorder of spine such as ankylosis spondylitis,rheumatoid arthritis,spondylolisthesis, stenosis, sacroiliac joint pathology, intermittent claudication,diabetic neuropathy,severe osteoporosis,TB spine
- •2)previous spinal surgery,trauma,fractures
- •3)more than one nerve root involvement
- •4)Dementia or other cognitive impairment
- •5)signs of myelopathy and cauda equina syndrome
- •6)red flag such as trauma,cancer, recent infection
