The primary purpose of the study is to explore the negative physical impacts of excessive smartphone use particularly forward head posture, reduced chest expansion and impaired lung function in young adults . It aims to evaluate the effectiveness of postural correction and breathing exercises in mitigating these issues.

- •Screen time 4-8hours/day fro more than 1year Forward head posture / Craniovertebral angle less than 48degree SAS-SV more than 30.
排除标准
- •Chronic respiratory conditions : COPD , Asthama, bronchitis and other lung diseases Severe musculoskeletal deformities in the neck and spine Neurological disorders affecting posture or respiratory functions Recent Thoracic or spinal surgeries Neck pain Participants unable to fill/ complete the SAS-SV.
