- •To recruit eligible individuals (Chinese subjects only) between the ages of 44 and 60, having a body mass index ≧ 25 kg/m2, and having mobile phones that support WhatsApp.
排除标准
- •Exclusive criteria include medical conditions restricting physical activity, psychiatric illnesses, or engagement in a weight loss program.
