入选标准
- •1. Age 18-70.
- •2. Conforming to the diagnostic criteria for dry eye: ? The patient complained of one of the subjective symptoms including ocular dryness, foreign body sensation, burning sensation, fatigue, discomfort, redness, and visual fluctuation, with OSDI (Ocular surface disease Index) =13 points.
- •?Fluorescein breakup time(FBUT)=5s or noninvasive breakup time(NIBUT) <10s, Or Schirmer ? test(SIT)=5mm/5min.
- •? 5s Dry eye can be diagnosed if conditions ?+? or ?+? are met.
- •3. Pre-intervention self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) score =50.
- •4. People are conscious and can communicate with others normally.
- •5. People cooperate with the researche voluntarily.
排除标准
- •1. Patients with serious diseases of major organs, such as heart failure, lung failure, liver and kidney dysfunction, etc.
- •2. Patients with severe mental illness.
- •3. Patients with systemic diseases related to the occurrence of dry eye, such as rheumatic immune diseases, sjogren's syndrome, systemic lupus erythematosus, thyroid diseases and diabetes.
- •4. Congenital ear malformation, ear infection, allergy to tape or seeds.
