入选标准
- •confirmed pulmonary hypertension with mPAP >19 mmHg and PAWP <16 mmHg;
- •WHO functionall class incuding IPAH, HPAH, APAH;
- •no change in therapy for 6 weeks;
- •increades fluid intake (<2l/d) and/or signs of fluid overload and/or multiple decompensations in the past
排除标准
- •underaged patients;
- •no confirmed pulmonary hypertension;
- •WHO group II-V;
- •LVEF <50%;
- •pulmonary disease defined as FEV1 <50% and/or TLC <70%;
- •pregnancy/nursing period;
- •not suitable for other medical reasons
