入选标准
- •ALL female patients age 20-65 years having BMI >30 kg/m2 with American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status classification Iââ?¬â??II, scheduled for elective surgery like Urogenital surgery, lower limb surgery or perianal surgery under spinal anesthesia
排除标准
- •Patients undergoing emergency surgery
- •Patients with preexisting low back pain and on medication.
- •Two or more puncture were attempted or when spinal anesthesia failed
- •Patients having previous exposure to spinal anaesthesia/ epidural.
- •Pregnant women
