入选标准
- •1) Those with a forward head posture with a CVA (Craniovertebral) angle of less than 49 degrees
- •2) Those who have experienced tension headaches within the past month
- •3) Those diagnosed with neck pain and headache due to abnormal posture
排除标准
- •1) Those with neurological disease, cardiovascular disease, mental disease, orthopedic disease, pregnant women, acute inflammation, or other diseases that may affect the experiment.
- •2) Those who have taken painkillers to treat or prevent headaches within the past month
- •3) Those who have experienced tension headache treatment within the last 6 months
