- •1) Patients with Ulcerative colitis older than 19 years
- •2) Patients with pancolitis ( duration is more than eight years after diagnosis)
- •3) Patients with left sided colitis ( duration is more than ten years after diagnosis)
- •4) Simple clinical colitis activity index <8
- •5) Truelove and Witts’ Score< mild score
- •6) patients with written consent
排除标准
- •1) colon cancer history
- •2) operation of colectomy
- •3) Boston bowel preparation score is fair or poor
- •4) Failed insertion
- •5) abnormality with clotting (PT<50%, APTT>50sec)
- •6) renal problem
- •7) patients without written consent
