入排标准
入选标准
- •diagnosed moderate or severe Covid 19 by RTPCR or Rapid Antigen Test(RAT) or HRCT thorax, admitted, treated and discharged from CSR Block, King George Hospital.
- •Those patients who were hospitalised and have received steroid treatment for less than 14days.
- •Those who give consent to participate in the study
排除标准
- •Pregnant individuals
- •Patients receiving glucocorticoids for any indication prior to hospital admission
- •K/c/o primary/secondary adrenal insufficiency/ cortisol excess states
- •Patients with Chronic kidney disease, Chronic liver disease, Coronary artery disease , Cerebrovascular accident
- •Smokers/ Chronic alcoholism
